In VSA’s SummerWriting Workshop, young writers develop a critical eye and flex essay-writing muscles with weekly assignments. They begin by studying model texts in literary analysis, opinion writing, and personal narrative before tackling their own dras, writing thoughtful essays on “What makes a hero?”, arguing persuasively for new education systems, and unpacking the character development in a myth. Over the course of summer writing sessions, students prepare for the increased rigor of their Fall 2021 writing classes and equip themselves with the tools and strategies for in-depth writing.

“VSA Future pays great attention to each of the students and puts in extra resources and efforts to ensure quality of online learning. Most importantly, the quality of teachers from VSA are top-notch and very experienced to inspire each individual to learn and improve. Thank you VSA Future!”
